Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR consulting or strategic HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with diverse clients in Kimberley and Northern Cape business environment.
