Job summary

HR Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, compliance, and HR programs. Key Responsibilities

• Support employee relations by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Assist managers with performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CHRP designation or working toward certification is considered an asset.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
• Knowledge of employment standards, human rights, workplace health and safety, and privacy legislation.
• Experience with HRIS systems(ADP) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
