A leading logistics provider in Calgary is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the first point of contact for onboarding and employee relations. This role requires strong communication skills and an ability to manage complex HR issues. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, a degree in Human Resources, and be willing to work in a dynamic environment. This position serves as the first point of contact for onboarding/offboarding, supporting and resolving employee relations issues, implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures, training and development, and providing monthly and quarterly support for HR reporting and metrics. The HRG will be an employee-facing partner, regularly engaging with staff to provide guidance, answer questions, and support employee relations. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Schedule: Permanent, Full-time position, onsite 5 days a week
