Human Resources Coordinator (Temporary)

Duration: 6 months

Location: Hunter Street Office (Peterborough, ON), Hybrid Working Arrangement

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: Dependent on experience

Position Description
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Lead and execute the career celebration program.
  • Support the health and safety and employee recognition programs.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Create a positive employee experience by supporting employee inquiries and promoting a supportive culture.
  • Act as an administrator for the HRIS, and other platforms used by the department.
Qualifications
  • Education and experience:
    • Post secondary education with emphasis in human resources management.
    • 1-2 years administrative experience.
    • Previous experience in a Human Resources Department would be an asset.
    • Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
