Human Resources Analyst Role in Calgary

Agilus is recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. We are working with our client, who is actively looking to hire an Analyst, Employee Services to join their HR team on a maternity leave cover. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Updating organizational charts, structures, and managing positions
• Reconciling data transactions and processing mass transactions for hires
• Supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives and HR Business Partners
• Responding to HR-related questions via ticketing system
• Improving practices and policies, creating toolkits and checklists
• Processing approvals for workforce administrative transactions

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience as an HR Analyst or in employee services
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and SuccessFactors
• Experience managing HR ticket systems and addressing employee HR inquiries
• Proven ability to improve processes and update policies
