Adecco is currently seeking an HR Analyst for a Temporary role based in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service support, manage HR inquiries, and contribute to knowledge management strategies. Our ideal candidate will handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. They must be adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess strong organizational, customer service, and analytical skills to meet deadlines. Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Responsibilities :
Provide top-notch customer service support to employees and leaders via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
Manage team cases, ensuring SLAs and KPI targets are met.
Contribute to HR portal and knowledge management strategies using ServiceNow.
Maintain knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
Assist in creating HR materials such as process documentation and FAQs.
Build and maintain positive relationships within the HR team and across the organization.
Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Minimum of 2 years HR experience.
Post-secondary Degree / Diploma in HR preferred.
Experience in HR shared services model and ServiceNow preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
