Job description

Job Title: HR Analyst

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking an HR Analyst for a 6-month contract in downtown Calgary, AB.

Reporting to the Manager, HR Advisory, the HR Analyst will provide exceptional customer service to employees and leaders within a shared services environment. Responsibilities include managing inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow, triaging and escalating requests as needed, and supporting ad hoc projects within the HR Advisory team.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to employee and leader inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
  2. Assign and oversee team cases to ensure SLA and KPI targets are met.
  3. Contribute to the HR portal and knowledge management strategy through effective use of ServiceNow documentation, tracking, and resolution.
  4. Support the development and maintenance of HR knowledge articles.
  5. Maintain knowledge of organizational policies to answer inquiries.
  6. Assist in creating HR procedures and policy materials.
Mandatory Skills
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
  • Proven customer service skills with appropriate etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
Desired Skills
  • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in HR is an asset.
  • Experience in HR shared services and with ServiceNow is preferred.
