As an HR Consultant (HRC), you will work in a complex, multifaceted generalist position with various areas of responsibility. You will provide effective consultation and direction to assigned client groups on strategic talent acquisition initiatives and recruitment practices that align with short- and long-term business objectives. You will also lead or be involved with key policies, processes, and/or programs related to employment at The City, with the initial focus to lead and build The City's student and youth hiring initiatives.
