Job summary

Graham is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the Industrial Division on a FIFO project site in northern Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Senior HSE Manager, you will guide workers, monitor site conditions, and ensure the HSE Management System is implemented consistently.

The role requires post-secondary education in a related field, NCSO or CRSP certification, and a minimum of two years of HSE field experience in industrial or commercial construction, with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, trade certification and relevant work experience.
• National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or The Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of HSE field experience, ideally within industrial or commercial construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety activities, including inspections, hazard assessments, and correction of unsafe conditions.
• Monitor the HSE Management System across multiple project sites to ensure compliance and consistent implementation.
• Provide training and coaching to workers and supervisors in BBS, FLRA, and project-specific safety requirements.
• Compile and report HSE data, including safety statistics, incident investigations, and trend analysis.
• Advise and collaborate with project leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance

Graham is actively recruiting for an HSE Coordinator supporting the Industrial Division. Reporting to the Senior HSE Manager, the HSE Coordinator plays a key role in supporting safe, compliant project execution by guiding workers, monitoring site conditions, and ensuring consistent implementation of the HSE Management System.

This is an rotational schedule (project dependent) FIFO role on our northern SK project site
