Job summary

Graham is actively recruiting for an HSE Coordinator to support the Services Division. Reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager, you will help ensure safe project execution by implementing HSE management systems across multiple projects as a floating role.

This turn-around coverage is based in our CNRL Albian Project in Canada, with responsibilities including incident reporting, site safety plans, regulatory reviews, and continuous improvement through data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in safety or related field.
• Health & Safety certification is an asset
• Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
• Proficiency with MS Office and online reporting software

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE compliance across projects and ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Support Project Managers and Supervisors in implementing HSE MS and Site Safety Plans.
• Incident management: upload, investigate, analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Review local regulations and client requirements; ensure ERP docs and notices are communicated.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

About The Role

This is Turn Around coverage based in our CNRL Albian Project

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Lead HSE Compliance: Ensure personal and team adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, including incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Support Project Teams: Assist Project Managers and Supervisors in implementing HSE Management System (HSE MS) and Project Site Safety Plans (PSSP).
• Incident Management & Analysis: Upload incidents into Graham’s system, investigate events, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Regulatory & Emergency Preparedness: Review local regulations, client requirements, and emergency protocols; ensure ERP documents and notices are communicated and posted.
• Reporting & Accountability: Compile HSE data, report effectiveness of HSE MS, hold direct reports accountable, and maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: High school diploma plus completion of a college or technical school diploma program
• Experience: 3–5 years in safety or a related field
• Certifications: Health & Safety certification or safety designation is an asset
• Software: Proficient with MS Office Suite and online reporting software. Understanding of HSE MS systems, WCB processes, safety terminology, and general constructability
• Other Requirements: Pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing
