Job summary

Superior Propane Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage and support the HRIS configuration and maintenance across all modules including Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Compensation, and Benefits.

You will act as a system expert, ensure data accuracy, support HR and employees, and collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations and reporting. Experience with Dayforce is preferred; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience supporting HRIS modules including Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Compensation, and Benefits.
• Demonstrated consulting, communication, project management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to protect and maintain confidentiality of HR and Company data.
• Experience with data integrity, reporting and security configurations in HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dayforce maintenance support for all modules (configuration set up, business processes and security).
• Be a Dayforce Super User in HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Benefits and Self Service areas.
• Develop and deliver training courses for HRIS functionality and create end-user guides.
• Load, manipulate, audit, and report on data in the HRIS; perform mass changes and data conversions.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to plan and support HRIS integrations.
