Job summary

Auxly Cannabis is seeking an HRIS Generalist to manage HRIS and ADP Workforce Now at the Leamington facility. You will ensure data integrity, support onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment, and people-centric initiatives, driving process improvements and delivering insights from HR data.

This role partners with HR and IT to upgrade systems, generate reports, and support frontline recruitment for operations.

Qualifications

2+ years in HR administration, ADP Workforce Now/HRIS administration, recruitment, or related HR function.
Knowledge of benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience conducting interviews and supporting recruitment activities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

HRIS management: maintain records, configure HRIS, generate reports, troubleshoot ADP WHN issues, collaborate with HR/IT for upgrades.
HR Administration: draft employment agreements and onboarding activities, manage lifecycle transactions.
Benefits Administration: administer enrollment, maintenance, and communications, liaise with providers.
Data Analysis and Reporting: develop HR dashboards and support workforce planning.
Recruitment – Front Line Workers: screen, interview, coordinate, and document candidates, support staffing.
