Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. is hiring an HR Digital Solutions Consultant to manage HRIS (SuccessFactors), drive analytics, and optimize HR technology. You will maintain data integrity, build dashboards, and lead integrations with payroll, benefits, and IT systems.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and improving employee experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, strong Excel and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau), and familiarity with HR data privacy.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors an asset).
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• HRIS Management: Maintain and configure HRIS (SuccessFactors) to support HR processes.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports; submit headcount/diversity KPIs.
• Data Integrity: Monitor and audit HR data for accuracy; ensure data quality across systems.
• System Integrations: Manage integrations between HRIS and payroll/benefits/IT platforms; test updates.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology.
