Job summary

Periscope Search Group in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Business Partner (HR) to own the technology relationship with global HR, translating business vision into a scalable HRIS roadmap and delivering high-impact systems end-to-end.

You'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development, oversee SuccessFactors configuration/integrations, and drive projects through the IT PMO lifecycle.

Senior Manager, IT Business Partner (HR)

Location: Toronto, Ontario Full-time, Hybrid (3x / week)

Our client is a Toronto-headquartered global supply chain company with operations in 15+ countries and a workforce of 25,000+ people. Its global HR organization runs on SAP SuccessFactors, and this role exists to own the technology side of that relationship worldwide.

Reporting to the Director of Workflow Solutions, you'll be the bridge between global HR and IT: the advisor who translates HR's business vision into a scalable technology roadmap and carries high-impact systems from ideation to delivery.

Day to day, that means building close relationships with the global leads in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations and Learning & Development, running requirements workshops, providing technical oversight on SuccessFactors configuration and integrations, re-engineering hire-to-retire workflows, negotiating SOWs with SaaS vendors, and driving projects through the full lifecycle with the IT PMO. You'll also own the modernization agenda: where AI, ML and automation can improve employee self-service and predictive talent analytics.

This suits a hands-on HRIS technologist with 10+ years in HR technology who thinks like a business analyst and presents comfortably to senior leadership.
