Job summary

Periscope Search Group in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Business Partner (HR) to own the technology relationship with global HR, translating business vision into a scalable HRIS roadmap and delivering high-impact systems end-to-end.

You'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development, oversee SuccessFactors configuration/integrations, and drive projects through the IT PMO lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR technology experience.
• Hands-on HRIS technologist with a business analyst mindset.
• Experience translating HR's business vision into a scalable technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between global HR and IT, translating business vision into a scalable technology roadmap.
• Own SuccessFactors configuration and integrations; re-engineer hire-to-retire workflows.
• Negotiate SOWs with SaaS vendors and drive projects through the IT PMO lifecycle.
• Drive modernization with AI, ML, and automation for self-service and talent analytics.
