Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of technical or data conversion experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
• Strong data orientation with ability to analyze data and derive insights.
• Ability to design practical, scalable solutions for business processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data migration to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central templates, cleanse data, load data, and validate results.
• Manage regression testing across SAP SuccessFactors modules with business users.
• Collaborate with Integrations team to validate requirements and assist with interfaces.
• Review configuration elements like RBPs and workflows and update accordingly.
• Support governance, data standards, and Collibra-based data stewardship across HR.
