Job summary

Symbiotic Group's HR Technology Analyst role focuses on supporting Talent Acquisition systems, gathering business requirements, and driving implementations. You will partner with IT and external vendors to design solutions, test functionality, and ensure data integrity across HR systems.

With 3–5 years in HR technology, you’ll develop reports, manage projects, and provide effective user support. This position is based in Canada, Toronto, with a focus on continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a similar role.
• Experience in business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and create functional specifications for enhancements.
• Design HR technology solutions with IT teams and vendors.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot HR systems.
