Job summary

MNP is seeking a Human Capital Systems Analyst to support our HCMS, including Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. You will engage leadership, vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance and strategic alignment while maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.

You will design reports, coordinate testing, and collaborate with technology teams to enable seamless integration. Strong data analysis, Excel skills and training abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience in HR and data management.
• Experience with HC systems, processes, and analytics preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to create complex reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) including Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
• Engage with leadership, stakeholders and vendors to ensure HC technology supports compliance and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain system controls and security across multiple business systems.
• Design and configure reports to identify real-time insights on HC trends.
• Develop test plans for HCMS including QA, unit and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Technology and vendors to ensure seamless integration between systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and data analysis; flag inconsistencies.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance end-user experience.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption.
