Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for HRIS platforms, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Talent modules
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS-related incidents, service requests, and production issues
- Support user access management, roles, data security, and functional configurations
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to gather requirements and support system enhancements
- Assist with testing activities including unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and post-release validation
- Support HRIS upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials
- Monitor integrations, reports, data loads, and interfaces; coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Track and manage requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems
