  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation surveys and HRIS systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
