You will analyze market data, support compliance, and communicate programs to management and staff. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance and at least four years in compensation and benefits, with strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation surveys and HRIS systems.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law related to compensation and benefits.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation strategies, including salary structures, job grading, and incentive programs.
• Manage the employee benefits portfolio, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
• Conduct market research and analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data for management.
• Communicate program details and changes to employees and managers effectively.
