3+ years of Workday reporting experience including building complex calculated fields and advanced reports.
Workday certification.
Familiarity with legal, compliance, and regulatory reports and global/local data collection processes.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and supporting Workday data integrations.

Responsibilities

Deliver and enable complex reports and dashboards using Workday to support HR and business needs.
Report writer and scheduling of reports.
Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests, including legal, compliance, audit and regulatory reports.
Identify opportunities for automated self-service reporting to support talent decisions.
Collaborate with People Analytics and stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data products in the HR reporting domain.
