Job summary

General Motors in Oshawa, Ontario is hiring an HR Reporting Analyst to deliver reporting support across HR and business teams by leveraging Workday reporting capabilities. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR analytics work experience.
  • 3+ years of Workday reporting experience including building complex calculated fields and advanced reports.
  • Workday certification.
  • Familiarity with legal, compliance, and regulatory reports and global/local data collection processes.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and supporting Workday data integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and enable complex reports and dashboards using Workday to support HR and business needs.
  • Report writer and scheduling of reports.
  • Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests, including legal, compliance, audit and regulatory reports.
  • Identify opportunities for automated self-service reporting to support talent decisions.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data products in the HR reporting domain.
