Job summary

The Mason Group - Strategic Search Partners in Toronto is seeking an Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics for a 12-month contract to design metrics and dashboards for HR initiatives.

Responsibilities include data gathering, HR data management, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementation; a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in HR analytics are required. Hybrid work arrangement with three days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, IS, CS, statistics or related field.
• 3–5+ years experience in HR reporting/analytics.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience in HR data management and reporting (dashboards, visualizations, executive reporting).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop metrics, predictive models, dashboards, analyses, and reports for HR and business initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret people data using surveys, focus groups, database mining, and benchmarking.
• Maintain accurate, secure HR data and employee records across systems; collaborate with stakeholders for updates.
• Support implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM and HR Technology Roadmap.
• Participate in projects supporting the HR roadmap.
• Participate in selecting data analytics tools.
