Job summary

ATCO Frontec is seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. You will help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience, coordinate onboarding, and assist with HR operations and reporting.

The role covers recruitment administration, onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, and stakeholder support across HR and recruitment functions.

Qualifications

2-3 years of progressive experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination, or a related HR support role.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience using Oracle HRIS, ATS, and recruitment sourcing tools.
Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment administration, employee lifecycle transactions, and reporting.
Experience engaging with Indigenous partners and communities is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Post and manage job requisitions across internal and external recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes to support recruiters and hiring managers.
Complete pre-employment requirements including background checks and site-specific needs.
Prepare and issue offer letters and other employment documents.
Track onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
Maintain recruitment inboxes and respond to inquiries.
Support employee referral programs and recruitment reporting.
