Job summary

A specialized HR consulting firm in Toronto seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to support multiple recruitment initiatives across Ontario. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, experience in a professional office environment, and be comfortable managing priorities. Qualifications

  • A few years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally within HR or project-based work.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
  • A clear and confident communicator who can engage professionally with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Self directed and proactive, able to take direction and move work forward independently.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Support large- and small-scale recruitment projects from intake to close out.
  • Develop and track work plans, timelines, and project materials.
  • Coordinate scheduling, screening, reference checks, and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate tracking tools, databases, and reporting
  • Liaise with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service
  • Compile recruitment statistics and support project reporting
  • Assist with sourcing, posting, and administrative activities as required

HR Associates is a specialized human resources consulting firm supporting government, agencies, hospitals, associations, and not for profit organizations. We manage complex recruitment projects that require structure, precision, and exceptional client service.

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping projects organized and on track.

About the Role

Working closely with the Lead, Recruitment Services, you will support the coordination and delivery of multiple recruitment initiatives at one time. You will play a central role in ensuring timelines are met, documentation is accurate, and candidates and clients receive a professional and seamless experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build strong project coordination and recruitment experience within a respected firm.

What You Will Do
