Job summary

ATCO is seeking an Employee Services Representative to become a trusted first point of contact for employees and leaders, handling pay, benefits, pension, timekeeping, and policy matters. You will own cases end-to-end, collaborating with internal specialists and vendors to support key lifecycle transactions.

You will contribute to improving templates and knowledge content, prepare verification letters, and support payroll investigations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolutions

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting/SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for pay, benefits, pension, timekeeping, policies, and programs.
• Represent the team in cross-functional projects.
• Own cases end-to-end: clarify needs, resolve issues, escalate when needed.
• Prepare and process employment lifecycle transactions (hire, leave, retirement, termination).
• Coordinate with internal partners and vendors to gather information and move requests forward.
• Create employment verification letters and support payroll/timecard investigations.
• Identify patterns in inquiries and update templates/knowledge content.
• Support HR ops from onboarding to benefits enrollment and HR system testing.
