Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate HR policies and programmes.

• Administer benefits, equity and other HR programmes.
• Coordinate performance and appraisal programmes.
• Research benefits and health and safety practices; propose changes.
