Job summary

Options Consulting Solutions in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the HR Manager with comprehensive human resources functions. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and HRIS maintenance, with involvement in Health & Safety committees.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years HR experience, post-secondary HR education, and strong MS Office skills. CHRP is a plus, and ADP Workforce experience is beneficial.

• CHRP designation is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice and guidance on HR and employee relations and engagement.
• Full cycle recruitment from entry level to senior management.
• Leading onboarding program for all new employees.
• Conducting training and information sessions.
• Maintaining the HRIS database with accurate information.
• Developing and implementing policies.
• Active member of Health & Safety Committee.
• Researching legislation to keep HR current.
• Providing strategic and administrative support to ensure HR runs smoothly.
