Salutem Care and Education is seeking an HR Administrator to join the Windsor HR Team on a casual basis, with initial full-time office presence. After induction, a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days from home) will apply.

The role focuses on onboarding, KPI delivery, and safeguarding compliance, liaising with stakeholders at all levels. The position reports to the Recruitment Team Leader/Head of Resourcing and requires someone who works well under pace and can chase information to meet

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an administrator is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and HR systems (ATS/HRIS).

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new starters across divisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; ensure compliance and DBS/reference checks.
• Maintain HR-system data and payroll handoff accuracy.
• Respond to queries within SLAs and manage inboxes.
