Job summary

Match Retail is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support onboarding, HR administration, and talent acquisition activities in a hybrid Mississauga role. You will help prepare new hires for Day One, maintain employee records, and assist with payroll and benefits updates while partnering with Hiring Managers and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French is required.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR administration, onboarding and recruitment coordination is an asset.
• Familiarity with HR systems and employee records is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from offer to Day One, including documentation, background checks, certifications, system setup and new-hire readiness.
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and new hires during onboarding.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to support a smooth transition from recruitment to employment.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR system information, and confidential documentation.
• Assist with payroll-related changes, benefits administration, and RRSP updates.
• Support recruitment administration, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
