Prairie Meats LP in Saskatoon is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all areas of Human Resources and foster a positive, compliant, high-performing workplace.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll (Payworks), policy development, training coordination, and HR records while ensuring confidentiality and Saskatchewan labor standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• CPHR designation (or working toward) is an asset.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience (required).
• Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with payroll software (Payworks) and Microsoft Office.
