Winpak in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator (Term) to support core HR functions, onboarding, and admin operations. You will report to the HR Business Partner and help deliver key HR programs with a focus on data integrity and employee engagement.

The role requires coordinating full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and partnering with managers to ensure smooth HR processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative and/or HR role.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented offices.
• 1+ year in full cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems with data integrity.
• Coordinate employee orientation and support onboarding experiences.
• Provide HR admin support: correspondence, reports, documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
