C.H. Guenther in Canada seeks an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across the plant network.

You will act as a change agent for strategies, programs, and policies, lead onboarding, diversity initiatives, and performance management while ensuring legal compliance and robust HRIS administration. You will partner with plant and corporate leaders to drive hiring, retention, development, employee engagement and timely communications, while coaching

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• SHRM/HRCI certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist/Manager level experience.
• HR experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday).

Mansioni

• Partner with company leaders to support long-term hiring, retention, and development strategies.
• Assist in creating and maintaining HR standardized policies and programs.
• Ensure policies are communicated and applied consistently.
• Promote employee engagement through programs and events.
• Provide coaching to management on people-related matters.
