Job summary

Behavox in Canada is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with US and Canada leaders, delivering people strategies that boost performance and growth. You will advise on workforce planning, performance, ER and organizational effectiveness, reporting to the Principal HRBP.

The role blends coaching with hands-on delivery across jurisdictions, shaping post‑merger integration and enterprise HR programs.

Qualifications

• Applies working knowledge of business priorities and workforce needs within the US and Canada client group to align people initiatives with business objectives and provide trusted advisory support to leaders and managers at all levels.
• Applies workforce planning methodologies and organizational design principles to support headcount planning and business effectiveness within the client group.
• Maintains working knowledge of US and Canadian employment legislation and regulatory frameworks and manages moderate‑to‑complex employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Provides sound, commercially informed HR guidance to leaders on moderate‑to‑complex workforce and talent challenges within the US and Canada client group.
• Manages moderate‑to‑complex employee relations cases end‑to‑end within US and Canada employment frameworks.
• Delivers and locally adapts HR programs (performance cycles, workforce planning inputs, career development processes) for the client group.
• Interprets workforce data and metrics to identify trends and inform recommendations to leaders.
• Applies compensation data and benchmarking to support pay recommendations and equity considerations.
