Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing human resources support.
  • Strong word processing and administrative technology skills with knowledge of office software.

Responsibilities

  • Attendance support and payroll coordination for supply teachers.
  • Booking all supply coverages and coordinating orientations for new supply staff.
  • Ensure staff have information on emergency procedures and schedules.
  • Maintain up-to-date information, processes and HRIS schedules.
  • Run reports for Principals regarding attendance data.
  • Identify skill shortages and communicate to HR Officer.
  • Maintain digital/physical records and report quarterly to the Director of HR & Ops.
  • Serve as a point of contact for supply staff and resolve payroll issues.
