Job summary

CS Group Canada is seeking an HR Advisor to drive talent development and workforce readiness. You will lead individual development plans, manage training programs, and coordinate cross‑functional HR initiatives including DEI and safety programs.

You will analyze metrics, maintain competency frameworks, and support managers with development actions to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, IR, or related field.
• 3–5 years in talent management or related HR roles.
• Experience with competency development, training management and organizational development.
• Experience coordinating HR programs or employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong HR metrics knowledge and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IDP processes and development planning.
• Design and manage annual training plans and budgets.
• Track training metrics, participation, and effectiveness.
• Maintain competency profiles and mapping tools.
• Support Health & Safety, DEI, and other HR initiatives.
