DriveHRIS is seeking a self-driven advisor to be the go-to expert for automotive clients across Canada, delivering HR and workplace health and safety guidance through written resources, virtual meetings, and webinars.

You will tackle complex compliance and employee relations challenges with practical solutions, write professional correspondence, and help create client-ready content. Occasional travel may be required, with fully remote work anywhere in Canada.

Qualifications

• HR advisory or generalist experience with strong knowledge of Canadian employment and health & safety legislation.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly in writing and conversation.
• Experience running virtual meetings and webinars.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Advise automotive clients on HR, health and safety through guidance, virtual meetings, and webinars.
• Solve compliance and employee relations challenges with practical solutions.
• Write clear, professional correspondence and documentation.
• Help create content and presentations for the team.
