Desjardins Group is seeking an HR advisor to support caisse managers in developing, improving, and implementing human resources solutions, practices, programs, policies and tools.

The incumbent collaborates on strategies, workforce planning, and acts as a coach on work-life balance, health and wellness initiatives, and change management. A strong French proficiency is required for this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers in developing, improving and implementing various human resources programs and practices.
• Collaborate in creating strategies and developing the human resources action plan.
• Advise the Management Committee with respect to HR development initiatives and report findings.
