Job summary

Hyundai Capital Canada is seeking a Sr. Talent Development Associate (Contract) to design, deliver, and administer training programs.

You will focus on onboarding, soft skills, and corporate training initiatives, maintaining materials and records, and collaborating with the Manager, Talent Development to uphold learning standards. You’ll coordinate training delivery, track progress, and ensure compliance across the organization, supporting LMS administration and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, learning coordination, or related learning & development support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
• Experience in public speaking, group facilitation, or classroom instruction preferred.
• Exposure to finance or auto finance environments preferred.
• Experience supporting blended or eLearning programs a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in training, teaching or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training, soft skills training and legislatively required training to staff using multiple delivery methods.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, and materials preparation.
• Analyze training metrics and learner feedback to recommend improvements to content and delivery methods.
• Research and propose innovative learning technologies or methods to enhance engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning initiatives with business priorities.
• Maintain and refine internal training content to reflect evolving requirements and compliance.
• Administer the LMS to ensure data integrity, course tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on training metrics for leadership review.
• All other duties as assigned.
