Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Handle reservations, including changes and cancellations.

• Manage guest billing, cash handling, and balance sheets.
• Maintain inventory of vacancies and reservations.
• Answer phones and relay messages; assist guests with special needs.
• Perform light clerical duties and basic housekeeping tasks.
