Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Handle reservations: accept, cancel, and change.
• Provide information about local points of interest.
• Process departures and calculate charges for payments.
• Balance cash and complete related cash reports.
• Maintain inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
• Adhere to emergency and safety procedures.
• Answer phones and relay calls/messages.
• Assist guests with special needs.
• Deliver wakeup calls as requested.
• Provide excellent customer service.
