Job Duties:

• Oversee front desk operations, ensuring adherence to Travelodge by Wyndham policies and procedures.
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience forarriving guests.
• Assistguests with smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including hallways, lobbies, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
• Support seamless front desk operations by coordinating with other departments and keeping management informed of hotel activities and challenges.
• Assistin staff training to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Ensure guests are assigned rooms that align with their preferences and requests whilemaintaininghousekeeping accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
• Remain well-versed in hotel emergency protocols
• Establish work schedulesandprocedures
