Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year Room Attendant experience in a boutique or luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Enter guest rooms following access procedures and verify vacancy.
• Greet guests and handle requests promptly.
• Remove trash and dirty linen.
• Clean bathrooms and bedrooms.
• Replace amenities and linen; ensure supplies.
• Check electrical items and report damages.
• Vacuum and mop floors; wipe surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in line with hotel policies.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene policies.
• Report for duty in uniform.
