Your Day-to-Day:
  • Train and coach crews on proper planting and horticultural techniques.
  • Oversee plant installation and transport, ensuring zero damage.
  • Prune, water, and guide staff on plant health and maintenance.
  • Identify plant pests and diseases and provide treatment guidance.
  • Inspect nursery stock and tag plants for upcoming jobs.
  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and plant treatments as needed.
  • Get hands‑on with planting and maintenance when needed.
What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or equivalent hands‑on knowledge.
  • Spray License (Landscape Exterminator) – required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • A sharp eye for plant health and detail.
  • Love for working outdoors—in any season.
