Job summary

Western Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Advisor in Sidney, BC to meet sales targets by quoting and referring new business. You will build lasting relationships with customers while helping protect what matters most to them.

You will provide quotes and sell home and auto policies, assist with policy purchases, and follow up on client accounts to close activities. Training is available for the right candidate in a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• You don’t need prior experience; training is provided for unlicensed candidates.
• License or asset: General Level 1 Insurance License is a plus.
• Proficient in using multiple computer programs and systems.
• Ability to communicate professionally in person, on the phone, and by email.
• Experience meeting sales targets in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and sell new policies via phone, in-person, and email.
• Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while meeting sales targets.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
• Conduct sales calls for new business and renewal calls for existing customers.
