Job summary

Western Financial Group is recruiting an Insurance Advisor in Langley, BC. You will quote and sell new home and auto policies, build lasting customer relationships, and drive sales targets from a multi-channel approach including phone, in-person, and email.

The role emphasizes professional communication, licensing where applicable, and experience achieving sales targets in a similar insurance setting. EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
• Ability to communicate professionally in-person, by phone, and via email.
• Experience achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Experience using EPIC software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and email.
• Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases.
• Manage relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve activities.
• Make sales calls for new business and renewal calls for existing customers.
