Job summary

Western Financial Group in Victoria, BC is seeking an Insurance Advisor to meet sales targets by quoting and selling new policies, building lasting customer relationships, and helping clients protect what matters most.

In this role you will provide quotes via phone, in person, and email; assist with home and auto policy purchases; manage accounts and renewals; and contribute to a people-first, inclusive workplace with wellness days and company benefits.

Qualifications

• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Strong client communication skills across in-person, phone and email.
• Experience meeting sales targets in a similar role.
• Comfort with quoting and selling new policies to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in person and email.
• Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases.
• Build and manage customer relationships and meet sales targets.
• Follow up on client accounts to close outstanding activities.
• Conduct sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing clients.
