Job summary

Western Financial Group in Sparwood, BC is hiring an Insurance Broker to meet sales targets by quoting and referring new business, building lasting relationships with customers and protecting what matters most.

You will quote and sell new policies via phone, in-person and email, assist customers with home and auto coverage, and manage client relationships to achieve renewal and growth. Training is provided for unlicensed candidates.

Qualifications

• No prior licensing required; training provided for the right candidate.
• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Proficient with multiple computer programs and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and sell new policies via phone, in person, and email.
• Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases.
• Build and manage customer relationships while meeting sales targets.
• Follow up on client accounts to close activities and renewals.
