Job summary

Western Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Advisor in Terrace, BC to quote and sell home and auto policies while building lasting client relationships. You will meet insurance sales targets and provide guidance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Training is available for unlicensed candidates, and a Level 1 Insurance License is an asset. Proficiency with EPIC and multiple computer programs is beneficial in this role.

Qualifications

• You do not need experience, if unlicensed, we would provide applicable training for the right candidate.
• General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
• You must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
• Prior experience achieving sale targets in a similar or comparable role
• Working experience in EPIC an asset

• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email
• Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
• Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities

Insurance Advisor - Terrace

As an Insurance Advisor you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. Every day you will be build lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

• You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email
• Everyday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
• You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
