LCBO in Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for on-site roles in retail stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Training is provided online, with a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences around wine, beer, cider and spirits.

You will serve customers at the POS, help with donations, participate in surveys, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while handling up to 40 lb. loads and working a Friday/Saturday/Sunday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada (SIN, student or work permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Aufgaben

• Serve customers using the POS/cash system with outstanding service.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face items, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs / 18 kg repeatedly while standing.
